Information

Format

The field will play medal (stroke) play for three days and may be flighted into championship and subsequent flights after 36 holes, based on field size. In case of ties, placement in flights will be determined by regression beginning at hole #18. Information concerning prizes and payouts will be available at registration, in addition to being posted on the scoreboard.

Registration

On the first tournament day (Friday), a registration table will be set up from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm for all teams to register. All teams must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their tee time on Friday or risk forfeiting their place in the tournament.

Tee Times/Pairings

Tee times will be available beginning at 5:00 pm on Friday of the week prior to the event. Pairings and start times will be emailed, or you may call the golf shop at (478) 477-2092 for information. Tee times will also be posted on the website as well as the golf course. No requests for tee times will be taken.

Practice Rounds

Only one practice round per team is allowed. Please call the golf shop to request a tee time.

Players may play any time before the tournament pending availability.
